Haven Harmony Adult Day Care was founded by Tarusa Sledge, who experienced firsthand the challenges of caring for a loved one with special needs while balancing a career and family life. Recognizing the need for a daytime solution that offered more than just supervision, Tarusa envisioned a place where older adults and young adults with special needs could thrive in a compassionate, engaging, and dignified environment. This vision led to the creation of Haven Harmony, a warm and welcoming community designed to feel like a true haven. Every aspect of our center, from the calming décor to the enriching activities, is designed to promote joy and social interaction, rather than isolation. We are committed to balancing the physical, emotional, and social needs of our participants, while also providing support and peace of mind to their caregivers.
